Return & Refund Policy
At Coinszo, we strive to provide products of the highest quality and an exceptional customer experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Personalized or customized products are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging your order, but if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include a photo and your order ID for faster resolution.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.
